Domenic Lucarelli

“Being a lawyer means being a helper and a problem-solver.”

Born and raised in Long Island, NY, Mr. Lucarelli was encouraged from childhood to pursue the law. A first-generation American, Domenic grew up speaking both Italian and English, and worked alongside his father in construction for many years to help pay for schooling. After graduating from Touro Law School in New York, Domenic moved down to Florida to be closer to his family and worked as a prosecutor for the State Attorney’s office for a number of years before opening up his own firm.

Domenic serves on a number of boards, including STAR Ability Foundation and NAMI (The National Alliance for Mental Illness), organizations for special-needs children and adults, and NIABA (National Italian American Bar Association). In his spare time, Domenic enjoys hockey, and helped create the Naples Roller Hockey league for kids.

Domenic’s areas of practice include criminal, personal injury law, and medical malpractice.
